Join us and get the rust off your blades for conditioning sessions and get back to on-ice shape before tryouts or your practice schedule begin.

Players born between 2013-2018
$315 Plus tax

- 4 On-ice sessions
- 1.5h of ice per session
- Practice jersey
Goalies born between 2013-2018
Goalies
$295 Plus tax
Limited goalie spaces are available per age group. Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Registration is Opened
These sessions are ideal for re-establishing skating fundamentals and setting the tone for a strong season ahead. Sessions will focus on power skating, edge control, shooting and puck control.
Registered goalies will receive goalie development throughout the sessions. They will also be engaged in drills with players.
Schedule:
Monday, August 24th 5:00-6:30pm
Tuesday, August 25th: 7:00-8:30pm
Wednesday, August 26th: 4:30-6:00pm
Thursday, August 27th: 5:00-6:30pm
